Hosting a TEDxTelAviv Simulcast Event

All planning, organization, funding, and staging of independent Simulcast Events are to be handled autonomously by the hosting institution. Guidance, technical streaming support and maintenance will be provided by the TEDxTelAviv team. All official Simulcast Events must be free and must guarantee attendance of 50 people or more. Direct Simulcast Event audience participation will be possible through various new media channels. Branding is to remain official and to be managed by TEDxTelAviv. Digital badges and creatives will be provided to each respective official Simulcast Event.

Even though TEDx’s are indie-organized, TED has some requirements if you’re going to use the name. If you want to publicize that you’re a TEDxTelAviv (Simulcast) in the blogosphere, in a press release, etc, please shoot an email to your friendly TEDxTelAviv(Simulcast) community liaison, Regina Ostrovski prior to pushing the “publish” or “send” button. Email us with “TEDxTelAviv(Simulcast)” in the subject line.
