Pre/Post Events
In the spirit and tradition of TED, there will be a select offering of optional pre- and post-event activities catering to diverse tastes and interests.
For those of you who are traveling to Israel for TEDxTelAviv, we offer a complementary program which will assure that by the time you leave Israel, you have seen the main things this magical place has to offer, and better understand what you read and see in the news.
These specially tailored, insider experiences to the North and South of Israel are aimed to help you better understand and get a feel for the history, religions and geo-political situation in this tumultuous part of the world.
Our program consists of a two day (24-25.4.10) overnight experience to the North of Israel (preceding the TEDxTelAviv event) and an additional two day (27-28.4.10) overnight experience in Jerusalem and the Judean desert (following the event). Both will be specially designed TED influenced experiences aimed to touch your senses, stir your imagination and give you a taste of the complication inherent to this region.
The program is designed in a way which will allow you to join the first part, the second part, or both.
